Dr. Collins was born and raised in a small town in Arkansas and graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 1998. He served as a Dental Officer in U.S. Navy for four years and completed a one-year Advanced Program in General Dentistry. Dr. Collins moved to Orlando in 2002 and began Collins Dental in early 2003.

Dr. Monica Azer

DMD

Dr. Monica Azer was born in Alexandria, Egypt, and moved to Oviedo, Florida when she was only 5 years old. Dr. Azer attended the Seminole High School International Baccalaureate Magnet Program. She was then admitted to the prestigious 3+4 year accelerated dental program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. After dental school, Dr. Azer completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where she received the John C. Kois Award for Clinical Excellence. After completing her residency, she moved back to her hometown to serve the community that has molded her so much over the years. Dr. Mallory Hunt

DMD

Dr. Mallory Hunt was born and raised in Tampa, FL. She attended Florida State University for her bachelor’s degree in biology, received a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from Barry University in Hollywood, FL then continued on to the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Louisville, KY to pursue her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Hunt has invested in further training in facial aesthetics and dento alveolar surgeries including bone grafting and implants. She is passionate about maintaining beautiful, healthy smiles and strives to treat every patient as if they were her own family.

Dr. Daniel Kortyka

DMD

Dr. Daniel Kortyka was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and raised in Palm Coast, Florida. Dr. Kortyka received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He then moved to Bradenton where he attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2022. After dental school, Dr. Kortyka moved back to his hometown to provide dental care for his community. He has then moved to Winter Park and is passionate to provide continuing and comprehensive patient care, ensuring patient oral health needs are met.

Dr. Collin Wietfeldt

DMD

Dr. Wietfeldt grew up in Michigan on his family’s farm. He attended the University of Colorado for his undergraduate in Biomedical Sciences. While in school, he was a dental assistant for a local dentist. He was accepted into the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and upon graduating, he completed his AEGD residency program in Birmingham, AL at The Foundry Dental Center. His training was focused on providing care for the underserved and 40+ addiction recovery programs. He refined his post-graduation focus on IV sedation, full arch dental implant surgeries and restorations, along with aesthetic and functional full mouth reconstruction. These procedures changed the lives of so many patients in need that could not afford this type of high-level care. He loves to restore the smile and function of patients that no longer think it is possible to do so.

Personal Side:

When he is not in the office, Dr. Wietfeldt enjoys spending family time, exploring Florida, golfing, hunting, fishing, and working out. Fun Fact: Dr. Wietfeldt was on the USA Shooting National Team for 10 years. He was an alternate athlete for the 2012 Olympic Trap Shooting Team. (Shoot at clay targets launched into the air)

Dr. Clayton Little

DMD

Dr. Clayton Little was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He attended Clemson University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. He was then awarded the Navy HPSP scholarship and attended the dental program at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. After receiving his Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Dr. Little completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina where he was recognized as Resident of the Year. He completed his residency and spent one more year at Camp Lejeune before spending 3 in Pensacola, Florida to finish out his commitment with the Navy. He has now moved to the Orlando area and is utilizing his unique training to provide expert-level dental care to our local community. His professional associations include:

In his free time, Dr. Little is an avid golfer and loves to travel. When he’s not at one of the Orlando theme parks with his wife, Hannah, he’s spending time with his two huskies and probably watching some college football. Dr. Little also loves a good board game with friends, and he’s a foodie who enjoys trying new things in Orlando and around the world!
