Catherine

Director of Business Operations

Catherine grew up in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Florida, and graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Science in Business. Catherine and her husband Jeff have been married for over 25 years and have a son, Jordan, who works in IT in Arizona, and a daughter, Sarah, who attends the University of Florida. They lived in Arizona for 15 years where Catherine spent several years working in the Healthcare and Technology Industries as a product manager. When her children were little, she worked as a substitute teacher. Catherine and her family enjoy spending time on the weekends with their extended family, at sports events, trying Mexican restaurants, traveling, and supporting their church through ministry, service, and outreach.

Tasha

Clinical Director

Tasha is a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist who has been providing patients with beautiful, healthy smiles for more than twenty-five years. Her passion for the dental field began right out of high school when she was hired as a front desk receptionist in a dental practice. From there, she trained as a dental assistant, and after nearly nine years as a lead dental assistant, she chose to further her career in the dental field. She attended Valencia College’s Dental Hygiene Program, where she graduated top clinician and first in her class with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene degree, then furthering her education at St. Petersburg College, graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. Tasha now uses her experience and education in all areas of dentistry to mentor our clinical team members and manage all aspects of our clinical department. In her free time, you will find her spending time with her husband Kevin, son Bentley, and daughters, Kaylee and Alyssa, somewhere outdoors. They enjoy beach trips, pool days, and quiet evenings in the great outdoors when they are not busy cheering on Bentley at the baseball fields.

Devin

Lead Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Born and raised in Winter Springs Florida, Devin graduated from Daytona State College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She began her career in dentistry at Collins Dental in 2019 and is passionate about helping patients achieve a healthy smile while ensuring every visit is a comfortable experience.

Outside of the office, Devin enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters and their golden retriever, Stella. She loves baking – especially sourdough bread, taking her girls for runs in the jogging stroller, and spending weekends at the beach.

My personal hero is my husband. He is my ultimate encourager and support, not to mention an amazing dad! He helps me balance my life as a working mom.

I love it when my favorite sports teams win – go Orlando Magic and Fightin’ Irish!
When I am not at work, I am most likely splashing around in the pool with my kids – they are little mermaids!

My most used phrase is “Everything happens for a reason”. I am a big believer in this!
I am always singing some catchy song that my kids like…probably from Frozen!
My favorite part of my job is connecting with so many amazing patients each day. I truly appreciate the trust they put in me as a provider.

I have the most amazing team here at Collins Dental – they make coming to work such a pleasant experience and I feel lucky to get to save smiles with them every week!

Emily

Lead Dental Assistant

Emily was born and raised in the Apopka and Sanford area, making her a true Florida native. After graduating from Apopka High School, she earned her Associate's degree in Tallahassee before pursuing her passion for dentistry at Florida Dental Assistant Training Schools. With a genuine heart for helping others, Emily loves being part of each patient's smile transformation and finds great joy in seeing their confidence grow as they complete treatment.

Emily is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient she meets and believes that even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Her favorite part of her role is seeing patients leave the office smiling and knowing she has helped make their day a little brighter.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys relaxing at the beach, baking, spending time with her boyfriend, and snuggling with her two beloved cats. She is incredibly grateful for the love and support of her parents, whom she considers her greatest role models. Whether she's listening to her favorite 2000s pop songs or spending time with family and friends, Emily values the connections she builds both inside and outside the office and takes pride in making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Jennifer

Financial and Insurance Lead

Jennifer has been in the dentistry field since the year 2000. She has been with Collins Dental since 2006. She was a Certified Dental Assistant for 8 years before moving up front as a Patient Care Coordinator and Financial Coordinator. She has 3 little girls (Kendall, Karrigan, and Kaylen) who are very active in cheerleading and gymnastics. Jennifer is a native Floridian. When she’s not a work, she enjoys scuba diving, boating, and riding horses.

Haley

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Haley is a true Florida girl as she was born and raised in Lake Mary. She graduated from Lake Mary High School and went on to study Health Sciences at the University of Central Florida. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree from UCF, Haley attended dental hygiene school at Valencia College. She has been a part of the Collins Dental family since 2015 and much has changed in her life since. She and her husband Erik moved back to their hometown and now have three young children - Jax, Molly, and Makenzie. While she only works very part time now, she enjoys caring for her patients and furthering the relationships she has built with them. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family - going to the beach, baking, and cheering on UCF and the Steelers.

Stephanie

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Stephanie is a true Floridian, born in Orlando and grew up in the Apopka area. She graduated from Apopka High School in 2001. She later went to Dental Hygiene school at Valencia College and she graduated in 2010. She has been working for Collins Dental for 7 years and is excited for many more. When not at work she enjoys going to the beach, concerts, visiting theme parks and just spending time with her husband Erik, son Aidan and daughter Alexis.

Wendi

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Wendi was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana, but when her fiancé accepted a job offer here in Florida, she decided to throw out the winter boots for permanent warm weather. She graduated from Indiana University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with a Minor in Science. Wendi chose dentistry because she loves meeting new people and making a difference in their smiles.

Alison

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Alison is our bilingual dental hygienist fluent in both English and Spanish. Born in Peru, she moved to Central Florida at the age of five and has been passionate about dentistry for as long as she can remember. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Valencia College and is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through preventive care and education.

One of Alison’s favorite aspects of dentistry is building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them develop lifelong oral health habits. She finds the greatest reward in seeing patients take pride in their smiles and feel confident in their oral health.

Outside of the office, Alison enjoys staying active through Pilates, weightlifting, golf, and paddleboarding. She also loves traveling, caring for her growing collection of plants, attending live sporting events and concerts, and trying new experiences whenever she can. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Adam, along with her family and friends.

Alison is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smile.

Taylor

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Taylor is originally from Virginia and graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles and strives to make every dental visit a comfortable and positive experience. Taylor enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and educating them on the importance of oral health and preventive care.

Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and their French Bulldog, Ollie. She also enjoys staying active through fitness and exercise, exploring new destinations through travel, and making the most of time with family and friends. Taylor loves meeting new people and is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to every patient she serves.

Cherlotte

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Cherlotte was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in a military family, giving her the opportunity to live in different places throughout her childhood. Her passion for dentistry began in 1999 when she served as a dental assistant in the U.S. Army during her own active-duty military service. After 12 years as a dental assistant, she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology before returning to the dental field to pursue her passion for oral health education. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Daytona State College and has been practicing as a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist since 2016.

Cherlotte is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier smiles through education, encouragement, and compassionate care. She is committed to creating a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and empowered to take an active role in their oral and overall health. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating patients and seeing them return with healthier teeth and gums because of what they've learned.

When she's not caring for patients, Cherlotte enjoys relaxing by the pool or the beach, spending time at home with her fur baby, and listening to the classic '80s songs that are always playing in her head. She credits her mother as her greatest hero for her strength, perseverance, and unconditional love while raising three daughters as a single parent. Cherlotte is also incredibly proud of her amazing children and loves bringing smiles to those around her—especially when it's the kind of laughter that makes your eyes water.

Mia

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Mia grew up in Rockledge, Florida, and moved to the Orlando area in 2022 to pursue her passion for dental hygiene. She graduated from Valencia College in 2025 and is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate, personalized care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time at Disney with her boyfriend, and visiting her family back in Rockledge, where her childhood dog Griffin still lives!

Casey

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Casey was born and raised in West Virginia and moved to Florida in 2020 to pursue a career in dental hygiene. Her passion for dentistry began shortly after high school, leading her to work as a Dental Assistant for six years before furthering her education. Casey graduated with Distinction from Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida, earning her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. She is also a proud recipient of the Golden Scaler Award, recognizing her dedication and clinical excellence.
Casey’s favorite part of being a dental hygienist is building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their oral health. She enjoys educating patients and creating a positive experience at every visit.
Outside of the office, Casey enjoys spending time with her cat Cherry, reading, traveling, and taking weekend trips with her boyfriend to explore new places.
