Compassionate Finance offers customized payment plans that allow each patient to choose a monthly payment that works best for them. Payment plan amounts are dependent on the treatment or procedure provided. Be sure to speak with the finance coordinator to get details about how the payment plan works in our practice.

CareCredit

What is CareCredit?
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. It’s a way to pay for many treatments and procedures and allows you to make convenient monthly payments. CareCredit is accepted by over 225,000 providers nationwide for LASIK and Vision Care, Cosmetic and Dermatology Procedures, Dentistry, Veterinary, Hearing Care, and other specialties. CareCredit is now also accepted at select retail locations.* For complete details of healthcare financing terms, please review the CareCredit account agreement within the application.

What can you use a CareCredit credit card for?
Your CareCredit credit card can be used at over 225,000 locations nationwide for various healthcare services, including LASIK, veterinary, dentistry, cosmetic surgery, hearing care, and more. Once you have CareCredit, you can use it over and over (subject to credit approval) for you, your family, and even your pets – without reapplying, as long as you have available credit. How do I apply for a CareCredit credit card?
The easiest and fastest way to apply for CareCredit is to use this link. You will get the credit decision within seconds, and if approved, you can use your account right away.

You can also apply over the phone, toll-free, at (800) 677-0718. If you choose to call, you can use our automated system 24/7 or apply with a live agent between 9:00 am-9:00 pm Monday-Friday, Eastern Time. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply by phone. Applicants must have a written copy of the credit card agreement before proceeding, which can be printed from carecredit.com or they can obtain from their provider.

In addition, you can apply in person at more than 225,000 healthcare provider locations that accept CareCredit. We do not accept applications via fax or email.

Why are there different interest rates on the CareCredit credit card application?
The standard Cardholder’s APR is 26.99%. Your account’s APR may be different. Existing cardholders should see their credit card agreement for applicable terms. The Minimum Interest Charge is $2.

Our No Interest if Paid in Full Within 6 and 12-month financing options (sometimes called Deferred Interest) let you pay for purchases of $200 or more with minimum monthly payments made throughout your promotional period. Interest accrues during the promotional period but will not be charged if you pay your balance in full by the end of the promotional period.*
