How It Works

Once your eligibility for dental is confirmed at your local VA clinic, you have the choice to select your preferred provider. Please request that Collins Dental is your office of choice for dental treatment. - Step 2: Authorization and Scheduling
After your request is approved, the VA will send your referral to us by fax or email, or you may bring the documents to our office yourself. - Step 3: Confirmation and Care
We will confirm the receipt of your referral and accept it within 48 hours. After confirmation, we’ll promptly contact you to schedule your appointment and discuss any necessary preparations!
For veterans who may not meet the VA eligibility criteria, Collins Dental proudly offers a 10% discount on all services! This ensures that all veterans have access to quality dental care.
